Comms & Storytelling Accompaniment

Our communications accompaniment is embedded in a one-year, strategic partnership with each selected organization. The process begins with an onboarding workshop to understand the organization’s context, structure, political environment, vision, and narrative priorities. This shared understanding becomes the foundation for tailored, movement-rooted communications support.

Over the course of the year, we walk alongside organizations to co-develop communications tools, narrative infrastructure, and storytelling processes that are aligned to their work, movement ecosystem, and safety concerns.

This includes:

• Building documentation systems that capture knowledge and experiences safely and consistently
• Co-developing storytelling frameworks that support clarity, consent, and community relevance
• Supporting the creation and planning of movement-rooted campaigns, including defining goals, audiences, channels, and narratives
• Strengthening internal communications flows that build alignment, prevent burnout, and uphold care-centered practices
• Preparing for and responding to moments of visibility, backlash, or opportunity with trauma-aware, responsive communications tools

Through regular planning sessions, one-on-one accompaniment, toolkits, trainings, creative experimentation, and documentation strategy, we work on short term visibility while embedding long-term narrative capacity into the organization’s infrastructure.

This is not about output generation. It is about supporting organizations to build systems and skills that allow them to speak on their own terms, to the people who matter, without compromising safety or values. We accompany, rather than direct. We listen, adapt, and build relationships. We support movements that can no longer be ignored in their voice, in their vision, and in their power.
